Tacloban Surprise!

Yeah! it was a surprise really when there was a schedule to go to Tacloban, Leyte for PHNS annual conference. What surprises me most was i've been dying to go to Leyte, particularly Tacloban for more than a decade now and finally there was this chance.

So i grabbed the upportunity right there and then and it turned out to be a great experience ! I got to go to the best tour sites of the region and whallah!.. the next thing i knew I was mesmerized by the entire trip, not to mention i visited the very site where a gruesome incident took place during the American regime in the country, which was part of the very conference i was attending. But it was in Balangiga, Samar, the province next to Leyte, but it was on that place where my surprise took my breath away! Here is the rest of that story... (pls click here)

But one very important moment in my Tacloban trip was the book launching and i was the first one to get hold of a copy, which was signed 'mismo' by the author himself , Prof. Rolly Borrinaga, Phd. ( The Balangiga Conflict Revisited). Here are some pictorials we did:
